Returns & Replacements
If you are unsure about the item you are ordering please call 833-235-9765 toll-free and our trained professionals will be sure that the item will work for your application.
Should a product arrive broken or damaged please notify us immediately by phone or at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer service agents will generate a call tag or pickup for the item and begin the replacement or credit process. Please be sure to keep the original packaging to send the item back to us. In some cases we may have you destroy the item in the field, rather than send it back to us. It is your choice to trash, recycle or donate these items.
Please be sure to check your items within 5 business days of receipt. Any damage claims made after the 5 day window will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
Item returns not due to defect will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and cost of return shipping.
