This motor kit includes the motor plate, permanently lubricated plug-in motor, and impeller with hardware for install. Our motor kits are interchangeable for Maxx Air, NuVent, and QuFresh contractor series bath fans, making an upgrade from a 50 CFM to a 70 CFM model easy with the purchase of this kit.
