This motor kit includes the motor plate, permanently lubricated ball bearing plug-in motor, damper door, and a dual inlet, forward curved blower wheel with hardware for install. Our motor kits are interchangeable for Maxx Air, NuVent, and QuFresh SH series bath fans, changing or making an upgrade to a 50, 80, or 130 CFM model easy with the purchase of our NXSH50K, NXSH80K, or NXSH130K motor kit.
