This motor model includes a pre-installed 6 ft. power cord, is for indoor use only, and can be installed in place of your current motor using common household tools. Features 3 speeds with a pull chain to achieve your perfect ventilation setting. If you also require replacement blades, you will need to purchase parts XXM30PW (blade assembly) and XE300351A (new motor type). This motor is not compatible with blade assembly XXM30PW.
