This motor kit includes the motor bracket, permanently lubricated ball bearing plug-in motor, and a polymeric, forward curved blower wheel with hardware for install. Our motor kits are interchangeable for Maxx Air, NuVent, and QuFresh MS series bath fans, making an upgrade to a 70 or 90 CFM model easy with the purchase of our NXM70K or NXM90K motor kit.
