This motor kit includes the motor plate, permanently lubricated ball bearing plug-in motor, damper door, and a dual inlet, forward curved blower wheel with hardware for install. Our motor kits are interchangeable for our SH series bath fans, changing to a 50, 80, or 110 CFM model easy with the purchase of our NXSH50K, NXSH80K, or NXSH110K motor kit.
