Our products are shipped via Fedex Ground or LTL Carrier depending on the size and weight of the product. Should you have a special requirement for shipping please contact us at customerservice@usfanco.com or call us to discuss your requirements.
You can use the Freight Estimator in the Shopping Cart to determine what the freight cost will be on your item. Freight will be billed at the time of shipment.
Due to the nature of the products, we cannot ship via Express or overnight service. Typically orders ship within 5 business days. Upon shipment you will be sent a notification of shipment with the Tracking Number. We reserve the right to recall a shipment for any reason.
